Fashion Focus will accept returns provided they are notified of the return within 3 days of receipt of the goods – by email to firstname.lastname@example.org If the goods have not been received by Fashion Focus within 5 days of notification refunds may not be given. All goods being returned MUST be in their original condition with all labels intact. It is the customer’s responsibility to adequately pack the goods and arrange for their return to Fashion Focus. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Fashion Focus accepts no responsibility for loss or damage incurred in returning the goods ie the goods remain the responsibility of the customer until such time as they arrive back at Fashion Focus. The goods must be returned with the original document that accompanied the goods when they were sent out.

Refund PolicyFashion Focus will refund the original payment (less delivery costs) once the goods and the original document have been received by us. A refund will be processed through the same method as the original payment. Goods must be returned undamaged and in saleable condition. If the goods are not in their original condition or are damaged in any way a refund or exchange cannot be given. The customer will be advised by email once the refund has been processed.
